Dual event planned for manufacturers on September 24, 2021

With a focus on getting back to in-person events, Southwest Regional Manufacturers Association (SRMA) announces a dual event to be held September 24, 2021, starting at 10:45 a.m. The power-packed day will include networking, Industry 4.0 Seminar, catered lunch, and Plant Tour of MY Shower Door / D3 Glass headquarters.

“It’s time to get back to face to face events that help to connect our manufacturers and assist them with smart growth as they look towards the future,” says SRMA Executive Director Rob Harris.

Beginning with an introductory seminar at 10:45 highlighting Industry 4.0, David Dragon of FloridaMakes will present content explaining what Industry 4.0 is, why manufacturers need to be researching it now, and what will happen if they ignore it. The seminar will be followed by lunch sponsored by Addman Engineering. After lunch, starting at 1:00 p.m., Bill Daubmann and his staff will take attendees on an informative plant tour of his facility, MY Shower Door / D3 Glass.

Manufacturers will not want to miss this dual event as they are sure to see best practices in action and a very impressive operation. Registrants may attend either or both events. The event will be held at 16431 Domestic Ave., Fort Myers, FL 33912, conveniently located between Fort Myers and Naples just off I-75.
