Emmanuel Communities welcomes Deirdre Lapp as Chief Administrative Officer

Emmanuel Communities is pleased to announce Deirdre Lapp was recently named Chief Administrative Officer.

Lapp graduated from State University College at Buffalo with a bachelor’s in business administration and a minor in managerial economics. After completing her undergraduate degree, she then went on to earn her MBA from Niagara University.

Lapp is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Emmanuel Communities project office, including planning and execution of client meetings, seminars, speaking engagements and special events, internal and external marketing, communications and logistics. She also acts as liaison between Emmanuel Communities and their affiliated entities by organizing and preparing resources, facilitating presentations and following through with responses to specific requests.

With a background in marketing and client development for other organizations, Lapp also has experience working in multiple industries including Cable and Law Firm Management.

As a transplanted New Yorker but a Floridian at heart, Lapp enjoys executing the overall mission of Emmanuel Communities, Inc. in building healthy communities of faith.

Emmanuel Communities, Inc. is a non-profit organization that was founded by Emmanuel Lutheran Church of Naples to create a community park that fosters an environment of family, faith and community experiences. Phase one of Emmanuel Community Park is now complete and open to the public. The park is located at 2770 Oil Well Road in Naples.
