Florida Public Relations Association Southwest Florida Chapter member Jaimie Duthoy earns professional public relations accreditation
Duthoy is now one of only 33 professionals in SWFL to receive accreditation
The Florida Public Relations Association (FPRA) Southwest Florida Chapter is pleased to announce that member Jaimie Duthoy, APR, recently earned professional public relations accreditation, and received the designation of Accredited in Public Relations (APR). Duthoy joins the more than 4,300 active public relations professionals worldwide who represent an elite group of highly skilled professionals committed to practicing with exemplary ethical standards, including 33 in southwest Florida.
Duthoy is the Marketing Manager at Riverchase Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery, where she executes marketing, advertising and public relations campaigns for the practice’s 16 locations. She joined the company in 2012 and has since participated in its threefold growth. Duthoy, a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University, is an active FPRA member and currently serves as its vice president of member relations.
To earn accreditation, candidates must pass an oral presentation and rigorous written examination administered by the Universal Accreditation Board (UAB), which is an alliance of eight national and statewide professional associations dedicated to furthering the field of public relations and the development of public relations professionals. FPRA is a member of the UAB.
