Frances Fabbro named Encore Bank Sun City Branch Manager

Encore Bank is pleased to announce that Frances Fabbro has been appointed as its new Sun City Center Branch Manager. Her appointment is the result of an intensive candidate search to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of long-time Branch Manager, Jim Wilmouth.

Fabbro offers 40 years of business experience to the community bank, and most recently served in a similar position for another area bank where she was responsible for managing staff, overseeing branch audits, and implementing deposit and loan growth strategy. She has an extensive human resources background, having served as an HR leader in financial institutions for 19 years after quickly working her way up from a bank teller position. Fabbro is certified by the Society for Human Resource Management, and also ran a successful business providing training in communications, human behavior and sales.

Encore Bank CEO Tom Ray said, “Fran’s vast experience in banking, entrepreneurship and human resource management, combined with her enthusiasm for serving the members of her community, makes her uniquely qualified to lead the Sun City Center team. We couldn’t have asked for a more qualified, dedicated candidate for this important role.”

Fabbro also serves the community as a Director for the Sun City Center Chamber of Commerce, an Advisory Board and Finance Committee member for St. Stephen Catholic School, and an Advisory Board member for The Good Samaritan Mission in Balm, Fla.

Encore Bank has six convenient locations, including two branches in Naples at 3003 Tamiami Trail North and 2370 Vanderbilt Beach Road, Bonita Springs at 4450 Bonita Beach Road, Fort Myers at 7920 Summerlin Lakes Dr., Port Charlotte at 2120 Kings Highway, and Sun City Center at 1653 Sun City Center Plaza.
