Frank R. Jenkins Custom Homes breaks ground on Bella Linea model in waterfront San Lorenzo community in Miromar Lakes

Frank R. Jenkins Custom Homes, a high-end home builder in Southwest Florida, has broken ground on Bella Linea, an estate home model being built in Miromar San Lorenzo community, which features waterfront homesites and shared boat docks, with floorplans starting at 3,500 square feet.

“I think the name says a lot about the home,” said builder Frank Jenkins about the Bella Linea, which means “beautiful lines” in Italian. “Rich Guzman of RG Designs did an amazing job designing a clean line modern home that has lots of character.”

This resort-inspired model home will have a total of 7,258 square feet, with 4,510 square feet of living area. The outdoor area with 968 square feet under cover also features a pool, water feature and a detached outdoor kitchen with the angler in mind. The home was designed by Guzman with interiors by Dwayne Bergmann.

Striving to create the perfect balance of “Livable Luxury,” Bella Linea embraces the use of strong architectural lines accented with subtle ambient details, the purposeful dichotomy of light and dark tones, and the blend of casual and comforting textures.

“The harmonious use of these unexpected pairings creates a modern and sophisticated living environment suited for the most discerning resident,” said Bergmann.

The project is expected to be completed in 2022.
