Margaritaville Beach Resort Fort Myers Beach invites guests to celebrate Mother’s Day with a lineup of curated dining experiences. From island-inspired brunch offerings on May 10 to a signature wine dinner on May 14, the resort offers multiple ways to treat the special woman in your life.
On Sunday, May 10, families can celebrate moms in true island style at the Mother’s Day Brunch Buffet in the Compass Ballroom from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Featuring a variety of sweet and savory favorites, the spread includes chef-carved prime rib, blackened snapper and made-to-order omelets, complemented by brunch classics like cinnamon French toast and Danish pastries. The buffet is $65 per adult and $24 per child.
JWB Grill will also host a Mother’s Day Brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., offering an elevated à la carte menu in a relaxed waterfront setting. Recently voted Best Brunch in the Best of the Beach Awards, the menu features guest favorites such as banana flambé French toast, lemon ricotta pancakes, crab benedict and steak and eggs.
For those unable to join the Mother’s Day festivities earlier in the week or looking for the perfect gift for mom, JWB Grill’s monthly wine dinner series will continue Thursday, May 14. The upcoming wine experience features J. Lohr Vineyards & Wines.
The four-course prix fixe dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m. and will showcase selections from J. Lohr’s acclaimed portfolio, highlighting wines shaped by the coastal influences of Monterey and the bold character of Paso Robles and Napa Valley.
Each course is crafted to complement the wines’ depth, balance and subtle complexity. The menu will include:
• First Course: Scallop Tartare, Aji Amarillo Crème, and a seaweed cone matched with Flume Crossing Sauvignon Blanc
• Second Course: Shallow water stone crab claws and a spring mix salad matched with Arroyo Vista Chardonnay
• Third Course: Barrel cut filet mignon, grilled citrus shrimp, purple cauliflower-garlic purée and grilled broccoli matched with Pure Paso Red Blend
• Finale: Yuzu cheesecake, passion fruit compote and coconut meringue matched with Late Harvest Riesling
