Going Places Network launches to enhance women’s career success

In partnership with the Walmart Foundation, Dress for Success SW Florida is pleased to present the Going Places Network (GPN), a six-week job mentorship program held 9 a.m. – noon on Wednesdays from March 30 to May 4. GPN is free of charge and open to women who are actively job searching, unemployed, under-employed or seeking career advancement and those who are “job-ready.” Participants will learn networking skills and the key components of a successful job search and career.

Meetings will be held at Dress for Success SW Florida, 12995 S. Cleveland Ave. Suite 153 in the Pinebrook Plaza, and will feature an exciting roster of successful business women and community leaders as session speakers, including: CEO and Founder of Dress for Success Southwest Florida Barbara Dell, Karen Anderson of Shell Point Retirement Community, Noelle Branning of the Lee County Tax Collector, Shelley Cahill of Shelley’s Casual Elegance, Heather Chouinard of IBERIABANK, Curtis Weeks of Walmart, Lisa Doyle-Mitchell of Your Walking Billboard, Victoria Ramina of the School District of Lee County, and Sasha Williams of Enterprise Holdings.

Participants are required to attend all six seminars and must RSVP to meetings. Certificates will be given upon completion. Space is limited and interested participants should register by emailing Erica Castner of Queen of Results Coaching & Consulting at erica@thequeenofresults.com.
