NAPLES, FLORIDA | February 14, 2024 – Gulf Coast International Properties® The Chionis Team agents Matt and Megan Chionis recently hosted a special event at their listing at Naples first new construction condominium in the Moorings in over a decade, La Perle, located at1820 Gulf Shore Boulevard North, #304.
The evening featured a delectable pairing experience with Chef Alex Trim and La Leyenda Mezcal. Special guests were treated to culinary delights including East Coast Oyster, King Crab Agua Chile, Crispy Confit Duck Carnitas Taco, and A5 Japanese Wagyu Carne Asada. Varietals from La Leyenda Mezcal, offering some of the most unique and rare mezcals on the market, were paired with each dish.
The backdrop of the elegant February 8th private VIP event was Residence #304 at La Perle, on the market fully furnished and with the added benefit of a deeded boat slip. La Perle is an intimate community of only 13 residences in a treasured location on Hurricane Harbor.
