NAPLES, FLORIDA | April 12, 2022 – Gulf Coast International Properties® is pleased to announce
Marianna Foggin, P.A., has been named Agent of the Month for March 2022.
A resident of Naples for 32 years, Marianna is extremely well versed in the luxury real estate market with a particular focus on the senior homeowner/seller as well as the international homebuyer community.
Marianna was first introduced to southwest Florida in 1975 when her parents retired to Marco Island. Marianna went on to marry and live abroad for many years, traveling to more than 36 countries, quickly realizing Southwest Florida was the best place on earth.
After a 10-year career with American Airlines/American Eagle as Regional Marketing Director for the state of Florida and the Caribbean, Marianna began her real estate career in Senior Living at The Glenview at Pelican Bay. Combining her knowledge of marketing, senior homeowners and the international buyer, Marianna went on to become a Luxury Real Estate Property Specialist acquiring many professional credentials along the way. Her success is a result of the perfect blend of training, credentials, marketing, travel, and passion.
Community involvement is an important part of Mariannaâs life. She is a 2014 graduate of Leadership Collier and serves on the advisory board of EâBella magazine for women. Other noteworthy civic contributions include but are not limited to, the Parkinson Association SWFL advisory and governing committee member, Princess Diana Dresses of Inspiration gala committee member, Pink Ribbons Crusade National board member, Leadership Collier Events and Outings committee member, and Pelican Bay Silver Anniversary Steering Committee member, to name just a few.
Marianna credits her success with a passion for what she does and where she lives. Her clients, many of whom she calls friends, are some of the most accomplished and interesting people in the world.
