Naples, FL (February 24, 2026) — Gulf Coast International Properties (GCIP) is proud to announce the launch of the Platinum Club, a prestigious new program designed to honor the firm’s highest-achieving agents who consistently demonstrate exceptional sales, production, and engagement within the firm.
The Platinum Club represents GCIP’s pinnacle of professional recognition, reserved exclusively for agents who uphold the highest standards of performance and professionalism. Membership is reviewed annually to ensure sustained excellence and is awarded based on meeting rigorous criteria, including achieving a minimum of $10 million in closed sales volume within the calendar year and hitting various listing targets set out by the firm.
Members must also provide exceptional client service with an outstanding grasp of market expertise and flawless execution. They are strongly encouraged to be involved in community service or charitable activities, among other criteria.
