NAPLES, FLORIDA | February 25, 2022 – Gulf Coast International Properties® (GCIP) is pleased to announce Ira Guzzardo, Broker Associate, has joined the firm.

A resident of Naples for 9 years, Ira’s background has literally spanned the globe. Born in Cologne, Germany, she has previously resided in Russia, Africa and Holland. Now calling Naples home, Ira is very experienced in the Naples luxury real estate market, connecting with clients on a personal level to provide a custom tailored buying and selling experience among some of the most coveted locations in Naples.

Prior to moving to Naples, Ira spent many years honing her skill set selling high end residential real estate in New York City. With a degree in Advertising, Ira is a versatile real estate professional with over a decade of real estate experience in property acquisitions. Her expertise is in delivering a flawless customer experience along with ensuring her clients are suitably matched with their perfect property.

Previously, Ira lived in Barcelona and Milan working as a model. She speaks fluent German, French and conversational Italian. Her success in both the Naples and New York luxury real estate markets is coupled with a strong business acumen which results in a loyal client base.
