Iron Ridge Insurance Services welcomes Cyndi Doragh to its team

Iron Ridge Insurance Services is reinforcing its commitment to knowledgeable, innovative, and ethical insurance coverage by adding Cyndi Doragh to its team of professional agents. Doragh will focus on building Iron Ridge’s presence in the condo association, homeowners’ association, and legal services markets.

With more than two decades of experience in commercial insurance, Doragh is highly attentive to risk management issues. Her resume also includes extensive nonprofit leadership and financial planning experience, including management of a local community bank.

Doragh prides herself on developing sincere, honest relationships with clients. “I think most people are used to their insurance agents telling them what they need, but people don’t always understand what that means,” said Doragh. “I look at it as a partnership. My goal is to protect our clients and satisfy their needs. It takes a special relationship.”

Doragh is well known in the community for her civic involvement, including her 28 years as a Rotarian, four of which were spent representing district 6960 (Southwest Florida) as Rotary International District Governor. She is a past president of the Fort Myers Redevelopment Agency and proudly served as chair for the Lee County Economic Development Horizon Council.

Doragh was the 2016 recipient of the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce/Women in Business APEX Award, and was Florida’s first recipient of the international ATHENA Award for women in business. Most recently, she spearheaded the eight-month series, Infinite Possibilities: Women in Rotary, a webinar series attended by Rotarians internationally.

“The value proposition women bring to the business world should never be discounted,” said Doragh. “Recognizing their collaborative efforts benefits the entire community.”

Doragh is a fourth generation Florida native. She and her husband Pete are the proud parents of five children, Shannon, Abigail, Joshua, Joseph, and Elizabeth, and three grandchildren.
