NAPLES, FLORIDA | September 26, 2025 – Gulf Coast International Properties® (GCIP) is pleased to announce Karen Bournazos, Realtor, has joined the firm.
A proud native of Rye, NY, Karen Bournazos made Naples her home in 2023. She earned her degree in Business and Finance from Hofstra University and went on to build an accomplished career in management with top firms including JP Morgan, UBS, Mitsubishi Trust and Banking, and Gabelli Asset Management. Ultimately, Karen discovered her true passion in real estate, becoming a dedicated professional in Rye, NY.
With vast experience in general contracting and investment homes, Karen has also completed several property renovations alongside her husband in Westchester County and Southampton, NY. Acting as her own general contractor, she collaborated closely with architects and builders, gaining deep knowledge of luxury home construction and interior design. Her keen eye for detail and design is reflected in the homes she has personally created.
Known for her top-notch customer care, Karen takes pride in truly listening to her clients’ needs and delivering an exceptional experience from start to finish.
