Kelly E. Capolino earns 2017 Platinum Status With Downing-Frye Realty

Kelly E. Capolino, local real estate professional, was recently named and honored as a 2017 Platinum status producer with Downing-Frye Realty in Naples, Florida.
With over 600 agents working in the local real estate market with Downing-Frye Realty, Capolino was ranked in the top third out of 72 agents who received Platinum status. Capolino earned this designation for being a top performer in 2017. Only 12 percent of real estate agents achieve this status.
As a top producing real estate listing and sales professional in Naples, Capolino has earned this new award among multiple other designations for her stellar performance over the past 20 years.
In past years, she has been included in an International President’s Circle for Realtors representing the top ranking real estate sales nationwide, as well as, other top producing honors.
Capolino’s expertise in real estate is far reaching including luxury homes, acreage and investment properties, and renovation opportunities. She draws upon her prior experience as a general contractor to help her clients attain the best value whether in a purchase or sale.
In addition to her busy real estate career, Capolino is also well-known for her community involvement with numerous local non-profit organizations. Capolino is the founder of the Diamond Volunteer Awards Program; she is the Chairperson of the Junior Women of Initiative mentoring program at the Boys and Girls Club of Collier County; and is a Board Member of the Women’s Foundation of Collier County.
