Lucky 7 Designs brings creative screen printing, embroidery to marketplace

Inspired by a demand in the local marketplace for quality promotional products and a loving brother who admired his Irish heritage, Trey Draper, president and CEO of family-owned and operated Gator Made Golf in Fort Myers announces the creation of a new company, called Lucky 7 Designs. The new Southwest Florida-based company will focus on custom embroidery and screen printing apparel along with promotional items.

Lucky 7 Designs was created out of necessity and demand by consumers and retailers in the Southwest Florida area. Drawing on his many years of experience and solid reputation building Gator Made Golf into the No. 1 selling brand for specialty golf accessories at most major national retailers, Draper was constantly approached at local golf tournaments and other golf events by businesses who wanted their brands and names on clothing or other merchandise to help market their names and products. Draper realized the need and branched out to offer products outside of the golf industry in order to meet the demands of the business community.

Lucky 7 Designs is named for Trey Draper’s brother, Lance “Lucky” Draper, who passed away almost three years ago. Lance’s favorite number was 7, the number he proudly wore through high school on his football uniform. Because of his Irish background, one of his favorite symbols was the Irish clover, which is distinct in its shape and usually identified with good luck.

“I wanted to do something to honor his memory,” Trey Draper said about the new company.

Lucky 7 Designs will provide all the custom screen printing, embroidery and design needs for people looking to expand their brand with quality promotional merchandise.

Gator Made Golf and its massive connections with several high-profile national golf and distribution companies, like the PGA Tour Superstore, Edwin Watts Golf, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Golf Town Limited and Golf Galaxy, provides Lucky 7 Designs with the experience to get high-quality products to customers quickly. Draper says Lucky 7 Designs is locked into customer satisfaction with a limitless range on what it can provide, putting names, brands and insignias on any type of apparel, as well cups, glass wear, koozies, coasters, computer accessories, pens, hats and much more. Lucky 7 Designs can do it all.

“I worked for Enterprise Holdings for 16 years and one thing I learned early on in my career is customer satisfaction,” said Trey Draper, who worked for his father at Gator Made Golf for three years before purchasing the company seven years ago. “Customer satisfaction is the key to any great company. When people talk about the great service you provide for them, then your company begins to grow by word of mouth, and that is the best form of advertising.” added Draper.

For customer convenience, Lucky 7 Designs production facilities will be in the same building as Gator Made Golf, located at 10970 South Cleveland Avenue, Unit 403, in Fort Myers, Florida.
