MARYANN BENIGNO JOINS THE TEAM AT GULF COAST INTERNATIONAL PROPERTIES®
NAPLES, FLORIDA | July 1, 2022 – Gulf Coast International Properties® (GCIP) is pleased to announce Maryann Benigno, REALTOR®, has joined the firm.
A resident of Naples for the past two years, Maryann originally hails from the Bergen and Sussex County areas of New Jersey. A graduate of Villanova University, Maryann holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
Her multi-faceted finance career has spanned many executive positions including roles in Banking and mortgage lending as Manager of National Lending at Yegen Associates and Regional Manager and Credit Policy Manager for Alliance Funding. She is very accomplished in the areas of commercial and residential loan auditing. Maryann’s finance experience also includes work in Foreign Exchange at CLS Bank in New York City.
Her interest in the real estate industry was piqued by owning and managing personal investment properties in New Jersey, and later owning several development companies. Now residing in Fiddler’s Creek, Maryann is a member of the Marco Island Chamber of Commerce, and she is a Director on her HOA board. She has quickly grasped the luxury market in Naples and has a well-established client following.
