With over 20 years as a top-producing luxury real estate advisor, Maryanne specializes in exceptional primary and secondary residences throughout Naples and Marco Island. Hailing from Chicago, her connection to Southwest Florida began on her honeymoon in 1991, and what started as a memorable visit quickly became a lifelong passion for the area’s unparalleled lifestyle, waterfront living, and vibrant communities.
Real estate is woven into Maryanne’s DNA. Raised in a family of custom home builders, investors, and industry professionals, she developed an instinctive understanding of homes and the market from an early age. Her parents built and invested in custom homes, her mother was a real estate broker, and her aunt owned a mortgage company, providing a foundation shaped by generations of expertise. She earned a B.A. in Marketing Communications with a minor in Copywriting from Columbia College and is a Certified Negotiation Specialist with hundreds of successful transactions.
