“The clinic serves a void in our healthcare system guaranteeing that everyone can receive
quality healthcare regardless of their financial position.” said Timothy Philbrick, Board
Chairman. “This cruise serves as a not only a fundraiser, but a celebration of those who have
served and been served over the past year. What better day than St. Patrick’s Day to make that
celebration happen?”

Husband and wife team, Lawrence J. Egger, PA-C and Geneve Mongene Egger RN/BSN,
recognized the need for affordable and free healthcare in Collier County several years ago and
made it their goal to do something about it. As a result of their determination, they founded
PANIRA Healthcare Clinic in 2015 as a 501 (c) 3 not-for-profit, walk-in/primary care clinic in East
Naples. With a combined 39 years of healthcare experience, the couple is actively providing
charitable medical care to the community five days a week.
