Precision Healthcare Specialists acquires ENT & Allergy Specialists of Florida
Precision Healthcare Specialists, a growing practice of multidisciplinary physicians across Southwest Florida, has acquired ENT & Allergy Specialists of Florida.
The addition expands Precision’s roster of ear, nose and throat specialists to eight doctors across five locations in Lee and Collier counties.
Otolaryngologists offer comprehensive care for a wide range of ear, nose and throat conditions, including allergy and sinus issues, thyroid nodules, vertigo, hearing loss, speech and voice issues, throat problems, neck masses, removal of foreign bodies, cysts, chronic sinus infections, deviated septums and sleep apnea. They also diagnose and treat head and neck tumors.
To maintain patient continuity, the practice will operate under the name “ENT & Allergy Specialists of Florida, a Division of Precision Healthcare Specialists.” Formerly known as Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists of Florida, the acquisition brings six new physicians and three new ENT locations to Precision Healthcare Specialists.
Dr. Howard N. Barrow pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology at Columbia University, graduating summa cum laude, before completing a Doctor of Medicine degree through Cornell University Medical College. He completed a general surgery internship and residency at St. Vincent’s Hospital and Medical Center of New York and an otolaryngology residency at Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital. Barrow is a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology and American College of Surgeons, and a diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology.
Dr. Daniel J. McKenna earned a Bachelor of Science degree in pre-professional studies, with a concentration in science, technology and values, at the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Science degree in anatomy, cell biology and neuroanatomy from Albany Medical College, where he stayed to earn a Doctor of Medicine degree. He completed an internship in general surgery and residency in otolaryngology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. McKenna is a fellow of the American Board of Otolaryngology and American College of Surgeons.
Dr. Justin T. Casey pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute before completing a Doctor of Medicine degree through the Florida State University College of Medicine. He completed an internship and residency in otolaryngology through the University of Colorado. Casey is a diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology.
Dr. Robert W. Kopp earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from St. Lawrence University before completing a Doctor of Medicine degree from Upstate Medical University, where he continued his training through a residency in otolaryngology/head and neck surgery. Kopp is a diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology.
Dr. John Neiner completed a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry from the University of Notre Dame, graduating cum laude, before finishing a Doctor of Medicine degree from the Medical College of Georgia. He completed a residency in otolaryngology through Louisiana State University. Neiner is a diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology and an associate of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy.
Dr. Jacob Benedict earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biological sciences from the University of Central Florida and earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of South Florida. He completed a residency in otolaryngology/head and neck surgery at Eastern Virginia Medical School. Benedict is certified in head and neck surgery through the American Board of Otolaryngology.
Supporting the six doctors are a trio of physician assistants: Nicole Walstein Keller, PA-C; Victoria P. Graham, PA-C; and Colleen Pszczolkowski, PA-C.
The new additions join Dr. Todd Lindquist and Dr. Matthew Connor, both of whom joined Precision Healthcare Specialists in 2024 along with their support teams.
