Preferred Travel of Naples presents $15,000 check to The Founders Scholarship Fund

Preferred Travel of Naples hosted a night of rediscovering the world for travel enthusiasts at their 14th Travel Showcase held in February at Club Pelican Bay. The Rediscover the World travel themed event was well attended with over 200 guests renewing their passion for travel. As a result of the event, $15,000 was raised to support college scholarships for local Collier County students.

Preferred Travel has a long history of supporting local non-profits with the proceeds from their travel events. This year, 100% of the $75 per person ticket price directly benefited The Founders Scholarship Fund which grants scholarships to students in need of financial assistance to pursue a college education.

We have overcome some of the most difficult years in our history and this year’s event was a true celebration of overcoming adversity. We are thrilled to support these students and help them work toward a brighter future.”

Since 2007, Preferred Travel of Naples has donated over $270,000 from their travel showcase events to local non-profit organizations.
