Preferred Travel of Naples selected Guadalupe Center to benefit from exclusive ship tours

Preferred Travel of Naples selected Guadalupe Center to benefit from their exclusive “invitation only” ship tour event. Over 40 people traveled to Miami on January 6 aboard a luxury tour bus for a day of touring the Seabourn Sojourn or the Seabourn Quest.

Olga Placeres, President of Preferred Travel of Naples, and team members escorted guests to tour one of the luxury cruise ships before having a private lunch aboard their selected ship.

Seabourn Quest is the third iteration of the vessel design that has been called “a game-changer for the luxury segment.” And, Seabourn Sojourn enchants her guests with an array of public areas scaled to encourage a relaxed sociability.

According to Placeres, Seabourn’s Luxury Cruise Ships are known for their unmatched sense of style, elegance, and grace. Seabourn luxury cruise ships beckon guests to travel beyond the bounds of the imagination. Placeres adds that onboard Seabourn, every desire is met promptly. Whether it’s a warm blanket and a cup of gourmet hot chocolate as a you drift on a small ship cruise along the Norwegian Fjords or a relaxing neck massage poolside, guests feel like a member of a very exclusive club when sailing on these luxury cruise ships.

Ship tour guests paid $50 per person which was donated directly to Guadalupe Center. Their mission is to break the cycle of poverty through education for the children of Immokalee. Since 1984, Guadalupe Center has been achieving this mission and making a significant difference for students and families of Immokalee through three extraordinarily successful programs. Preferred Travel raised approximately $2000 that will go towards these programs.

Preferred Travel has a long history of supporting local non-profits with the proceeds from their travel events. To date, they have donated over $270,000 to local charitable organizations.

“We are honored to offer these exclusive opportunities to our clients with our valued travel partners while benefiting a local non-profit,” added Placeres. “The tours gave clients a taste of the luxury experience aboard one of Seabourn’s ships.”
