Preferred Travel is asking individuals to spend a few minutes and save a life by donating blood at one of their upcoming sponsored blood drives. Two dates have been set for donations, they are Monday, October 4, and Tuesday, October 12.
On October 4, the Lee Health Blood Mobile will be in the parking lot of their new Bonita Springs office located at 3960 Via Del Rey from 10am to 4pm.
On October 12, the travel agency will host the NCH Blood Mobile in the parking lot of their Naples office located at 5811 Pelican Bay Boulevard from noon to 4pm.
Each donation can save the life of a person with leukemia, cancer, anemia, and those undergoing surgery for illness or injury. Blood donations will help ensure an adequate supply for both children and adults who are patients within Lee Health and all donations will stay in Lee County.
As a thank you, all donors will receive a mini wellness checkup including blood pressure, temperature and cholesterol screening. Preferred Travel is asking everyone to be a hero in their community and save lives today by donating blood.
Appointments are not needed to donate; however, you may schedule an appointments by calling 239-343-2333 for Bonita Springs event, and 239-624-4120 for Naples.
For convenience, the PuertoCuba Food Truck will be located at the Bonita Springs from 11am till 2pm for those wishing to have lunch or a snack. The Naples office will have two food trucks, Dave’s Neapolitan Pizza and Viva La Taco from 11am till 2pm. Tables and chairs will be provided by Preferred Travel.
Preferred Travel has two locations to serve their clients, Naples and Bonita Springs. Offices are located at 5811 Pelican Bay Boulevard, Suite 201 in Naples, and 3960 Via Del Rey in the Vanderbilt Office Park in Bonita Springs. Clients are welcome by appointment and walk in. Masks are required.
