Sally Smith Selected as the 2019 Zonta Bonita Springs-Estero Woman of the Year
Woman of the Year Fundraising Luncheon April 16
BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. (Feb. 7, 2019) – Sally Smith, a longtime member of The Rotary Club of Estero, is the 2019 Zonta Club of Bonita Springs-Estero Woman of the Year. The annual Woman of the Year Fundraising Luncheon to be held Tuesday, April 16 at Palmira Golf and Country Club.
Smith has been a member of The Rotary Club of Estero since 2010 and has been selected as Rotarian of the Year on three occasions. She is also a longtime humanitarian and volunteer, teaching English and Mathematics to the Hispanic community in Bonita Springs.
To attend the Woman of the Year Fundraising Luncheon, tickets are on sale now for $50, $65 after April 1. Tickets may be purchased on the Zonta Club of Bonita Springs-Estero website at www.zontabonitasprings.com.
Funds from this event are used to provide grants to local organizations that best serve women, to provide scholarships to local students and to support various service projects.
