Seats Still Available for The Tapestry of Dreams Event Supporting Donna J. Beasley Technical Academy

Dr. Joseph Torregrasso, Principal of the Donna J. Beasley Technical Academy (DJB), invites the local community, businesses, media, and industry leaders to a complimentary lunch and informational program. This event, titled “Tapestry of Dreams: Changing the Lives of Students and Families in Lee County,” will take place on November 19th, 2024, from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at The Club at Gateway, located at 12091 Gateway Greens Drive, Fort Myers. Please note, this is not a fundraising event.

At DJB, they honor the vision of an extraordinary woman who championed the potential for second chances and transformation. Her mission was to create a nurturing environment where students facing challenges in traditional high schools could earn their diplomas while gaining valuable skills for the local workforce. Since our establishment in Lee County in 2013, they transitioned to the vibrant community of Lehigh Acres, flourishing alongside our dedicated Board of Directors, staff, and invaluable community partners. At DJB, students are embraced in a warm, family-like atmosphere that empowers them to unlock their potential and achieve their dreams. This community welcomes everyone with open arms and celebrates a journey filled with growth, support, and a shared commitment to success.
