Seneca at Oak Creek, a 55+ residential community being developed by Sage Communities, is now accepting reservations for one- and two-bedroom apartment rental homes in North Fort Myers.
Once completed, Seneca at Oak Creek will feature 184 one-story rental homes, each with full access to resort-style amenities tailored to an active lifestyle. One- and two-bedroom, maintenance-free units will be available, each with a full kitchen, living room and private porches, along with an option for an attached garage.
There are five floor plans for Seneca at Oak Creek, formerly named Sage at Oak Creek, with introductory rental prices starting at $1,890 per month:
Palmetto (874 square feet): 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom
Sawgrass (1,043 square feet): 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, den
Silver Palm (1,058 square feet): 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
Sabal Palm (1,418 square feet): 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, attached garage
Royal Palm (1,559 square feet): 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, den, attached garage
The first residences are scheduled to be completed in fall 2022.
Construction continues on models showcasing each floor plan, as well as an amenity center that includes a swimming pool, fitness center, yoga room, social room, dog park, mailroom and multipurpose room. The amenity center also includes office space for on-site management and a dedicated activity coordinator to support an active adult lifestyle.

Project partners for Seneca at Oak Creek include Stevens Construction as general contractor, Barraco & Associates as the engineering firm, Tomahawk Construction for sitework and Studio+ as architect.
