Sing Virtually with GO Harmony Choir

One of the things we are doing here at Gulfshore Opera is a fun reach out to kids through a free virtual choir project. Last week, we decided to open this project up to all the kids in our region who are bored sitting at home (that’s a lot of kids!). We just put the program on our website and anybody can access it. There are 2 classes up now. The third and final class, which goes up next week, will be the final conducted performance track that we will ask the kids to record their part and send in. Then, of course it takes quite a lot of time to edit the many individual singers into a choir. Calling all youth ages 8 -15,  to join the Harmony Choir and share your voice. This free, 3 part program, going on now to June 24th, concludes with a virtual performance of “Lean on Me.” We are shooting for the finished product on July 1.
