Sunshine Ace Hardware earns ‘Pinnacle Performance’ award from Ace Hardware Corporation
Sunshine Ace Hardware has been awarded the designation of “Pinnacle Performance Retailing” by Ace Hardware Corporation for promoting a superior level of customer service and delivering on the company’s brand promise to serve its neighbors with helpful service and quality products.
Sunshine Ace has received the award each year since the designation was created in 2013. Only 35 Ace owners companywide have achieved this honor.

The “Pinnacle Performance Retailing” designation was developed as part of Ace Hardware’s long-term retail growth strategy for its more than 5,200 stores in approximately 70 countries. Only a few hundred Ace retailers achieve the prestigious Pinnacle status by having store-based teams complete key performance drivers that provide a better overall shopping experience in their local community, such as enrolling in Ace Hardware’s “Certified Ace Helpful” retail training curriculum.
