SUSY GUREVICH JOINS THE TEAM AT

NAPLES, FLORIDA | May 28, 2026 – Gulf Coast International Properties® is pleased to announce Susy Gurevich, Broker Associate, has joined the firm.
Susy Gurevich is a luxury real estate professional with more than 20 years of experience serving buyers and sellers throughout Southwest Florida. Originally from Miami, Susy spent two decades working as a dental hygienist before retiring to pursue her true passion of real estate.
After building a successful career in luxury real estate in Miami, she earned her broker’s license and opened her own boutique luxury real estate firm. Following many years of visiting Naples, Susy made the decision in 2015 to leave Miami behind and make Naples her permanent home.
Since relocating, she has actively listed and sold luxury properties throughout Southwest Florida, from Aqualane Shores to Punta Gorda, and has even assisted clients as far north as Pass-a-Grille in St. Petersburg Beach in finding their perfect beachfront home. Her focus is always on providing personalized service and guiding buyers and sellers through every step of the real estate process. Helping clients find their own “beach happiness” and embrace the Southwest Florida lifestyle is what she enjoys most.
