SWFL CCIM District Presents the 14th Annual SWFL Real Estate Outlook Conference

Mark your calendars! Southwest Florida CCIM District announces the 14th Annual Southwest Florida Real Estate Outlook Conference on Wednesday, January 29, 2014 from 7:30 a.m. – noon at the Harborside Event Center, located at 1375 Monroe Street. This meeting is an ideal networking and educational opportunity for any individual or company that deals with or wants to learn more about commercial real estate transactions. This event is open to the public and tickets are $50. Vendor and sponsorship opportunities are also currently available.

The SWFL Real Estate Outlook Conference will feature business leaders from the community who will discuss where the economy and market is today, what the expectation is for 2014, and what business leaders need to prepare for in the future. In addition to an economist guest speaker (TBA) who will discuss the economic outlook for 2014 as it pertains to real estate, there will also be panels of business leaders from the Southwest Florida community to discuss how they perceive the real estate outlook for retail, industrial, residential, raw land, and office space.

This conference is for any individual or company that deals with commercial real estate transactions, including brokers, investors, buyers, sellers, bankers, lawyers, insurance agencies, and title insurance companies.
