TIMOTHY SAVAGE JOINS THE TEAM AT

NAPLES, FLORIDA | July 8, 2025 – Gulf Coast International Properties® (GCIP) is pleased to announce Timothy Savage, Realtor, has joined the firm.
A lifetime resident of Naples, Timothy has called this coastal community home for over 20 years. A graduate of both The Village School and the Community School of Naples, Timothy has deep roots in the area. He began his higher education at the University of Miami and is currently pursuing a degree in business with a concentration in real estate at the University of Florida.
A licensed real estate professional, Timothy is the son of Gulf Coast International Properties® Principal, Tim P. Savage, and the grandson of respected broker Pete Savage. Growing up surrounded by the business, he developed a strong foundation in the industry and possesses a comprehensive understanding of Naples’ diverse neighborhoods and what makes this community so unique.
