“This is a unique opportunity for families to help others while spending quality time together and creating calm before the craziness of Christmas week,” said Lindsay Smith, founder of Vibe Yoga. “It promises to be fun for all ages, as well as beneficial. A wonderful way to get children interested in wellness and fitness is for families to experience them together.”
