Victoria Pelka was promoted from Senior Business Development Officer to Vice President after five years with One Source Business Capital (One Source). As Vice President, she will oversee the marketing, branding, human resources, and loan management responsibilities. Pelka joined the One Source team five years ago as a Loan Processor, before moving into the role of Senior Business Development Officer. Prior to working with One Source Business Capital, her experience included working in the marketing, finance, and sales industries. In this advanced role, she will originate loans that fit any of the programs and solutions offered by their lending sources and pre-qualify, structure, and manage new loans. In marketing, Pelka will oversee regional marketing efforts, promote networking with industry professionals to generate new opportunities, and provide general customer service throughout the application, approval, and closing phases of the project. Additionally, she will manage a growing team of agents across the nation and serve as head of the Onboarding Committee to ensure proper training for new hires.
