“Wine, Design & Location” event set for June 7, 2018
For home owners and real estate professionals who want to learn from area experts on how to maneuver all the steps necessary for remodeling a home, there will be a free informational event offered on Thursday, June 7, 2018. The “Wine, Design & Location – Creating Dream Homes in Prime Locations” event will be held at Clive Daniel Home located at 2777 Tamiami Trail North in Naples from 5 to 7 pm.
The event is open to REALTORS and those individuals wishing to know more about creating dream home options in prime real estate locations.
Expert speakers will address home design trends; remodeling ideas and tips; ins and outs of title insurance; and finally, how to fund a remodeling project while adding equity to a home or condo. Anyone who is thinking about updating their residence or real estate professionals who want to be more knowledgeable about the remodeling process are encouraged to attend, however space is limited, and reservations are required.
Guests of the event will enjoy wine, appetizers, and networking with local experts who will discuss design, remodeling, funding and insurance processes that come along with creating a dream home. Speakers and talking points will include:

• Karen L. Kohler, President of Access Title Agency, LLC, will share trade secrets about issues that impact marketable titles, and face values of insurance that keep on track with home improvements.
• Lisa Rudy, Mortgage Loan Officer for PNC Bank, will discuss the options for financing renovations – the pros and cons from an inside perspective.
• Ann Del Pero, Clive Daniel Home – Interior Designer & CAPS Specialist – Allied ASID, IDS, NAIPC, will share trends, tips and expertise on how to prepare a home for evolving lifestyle changes.
