MARY EVANS JOINS THE TEAM AT
GULF COAST INTERNATIONAL PROPERTIES®
NAPLES, FLORIDA | August 13, 2026 – Gulf Coast International Properties® (GCIP) is pleased to announce Mary Evans, Broker, has joined the firm.
Mary brings a distinguished background in law, judicial service, and real estate to the luxury real estate industry. She earned her Florida real estate license in 1991 and her broker’s license in 1995, and spent time working in real estate before pursuing her legal career. Her diverse professional background has given her a unique perspective, combining an understanding of real estate with the knowledge, judgment, and professionalism developed throughout her years in law and on the bench.
Mary has been a member of The Florida Bar since 2003. After practicing family law with two prominent law firms, she opened her own firm in 2011. In 2014, Mary was elected to the Circuit Court bench and served as a circuit judge from January 2015 through January 2026. Her time on the bench strengthened her ability to navigate complex matters, evaluate details carefully, and approach every situation with sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism.
In addition to her legal and judicial career, Mary has shared her knowledge as an adjunct professor at Florida Gulf Coast University, her alma mater, since approximately 2017. She has taught courses covering family law, moot court, law office management, and, on occasion, juvenile justice. Mary earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson College of Law and continues to bring the same commitment to education, professionalism, and excellence to her real estate career.
