Pavese Law Firm’s Christina Harris Schwinn presented HR courses at COMA meetings

Pavese Law firm partner Christina Harris Schwinn was the guest speaker at two recent COMA meetings held in Fort Myers and Naples earlier this month. Schwinn presented her course on “Accommodating the Disabled in the Workplace and Recognizing Substance Abuse.” Schwinn’s presentation focused on an employer’s obligations to provide reasonable accommodations to qualified disabled employees and issues related to recognizing substance abuse. Her presentation focused on both legal and practical issues to help employers comply with the law and assist employees.
