Mental Health in the Workplace May 9th Topic at Above Board Chamber of Florida Luncheon in Ft Myers
Fort Myers, Fla- (April 24, 2024)- Above Board Chamber of Florida announces the upcoming Mental Health in the Workplace luncheon on Thursday, May 9th, at Doubletree by Hilton, at the Bell Tower Shops in Fort Myers, from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM. It will highlight the importance of prioritizing mental health in the workplace.
“This luncheon promises to be an insightful and enriching experience, addressing a topic increasingly recognized as pivotal in modern organizational culture, states Jeanne Sweeny, CEO/Founder of the Above Board Chamber of Florida.
Research consistently demonstrates the profound impact of mental health on workplace dynamics and productivity. A workplace environment that nurtures mental well-being fosters greater job satisfaction and cultivates a culture of positivity and achievement. By initiating conversations around mental health, leaders send a powerful message of inclusivity and support, thereby reducing stigma and encouraging a sense of belonging among employees.
