Amber Ashton, SHRM-SCP Joins MNMW as HR Manager/Consultant

Markham Norton Mosteller Wright & Co., P.A. (MNMW) welcomes Amber Ashton, SHRM-SCP, to the firm as the Human Resources Manager/Consultant. In her role, she will manage all human resource (HR) matters for MNMW and provide HR consulting to clients.

Ashton graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP). Her HR experience includes 15 years of progressive experience developing effective Human Resources teams, frameworks, and strategies. She is a proactive business partner with expertise in building consensus amongst executive leadership, senior management, and key stakeholders. Ashton serves as a trusted advisor with success in elevating employee relations, performance management, legislative compliance, benefits, risk management, and talent acquisition within diverse industries.
