Boys & Girls Club of Collier County adds two members to Board of Directors

The Boys & Girls Club of Collier County has added two new members to its Board of Directors: Alise Bartley, Ph.D., and Amy West, CTFA.

Board members provide strategic leadership and governance for the Boys & Girls Club, which serves more than 3,000 children and teens annually through clubs and after-school programs at two locations in Collier County – the Nichols Campus in Naples and the Bolch Campus in Immokalee.

“Our Board of Directors is a very hands-on, passionate group of leaders, and that’s why the Boys & Girls Club has been so successful at accomplishing its mission of enabling all young people to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens,” said Megan McCarthy Beauvais, president and CEO of the Boys & Girls Club of Collier County. “Alise and Amy are experts in their respective fields – counseling and financial advising – which will undoubtedly help as the club rises to support the needs of its members.”

Bartley is a clinical assistant professor and director of the Community Counseling Center at Florida Gulf Coast University. Bartley’s specialties include relationship and family counseling, and clinical supervision and development. She is licensed in clinical mental health, as well as marriage and family counseling, in Florida and Ohio. In 2020, Earn to Learn FL named Bartley as a Mentor of Impact.

West is a certified trust and financial advisor with more than 20 years of wealth management experience serving high net worth individuals and families. As a senior wealth advisor with Truist Bank in Naples, West’s team of specialists has expertise in investments, financial planning, credit and estate planning strategies. Her additional specialties include cash-flow forecasting, business planning, asset accumulation strategies, savings and tax planning, executive compensation and retirement distributions.
