Bruno Air Conditioning Partners with Nest to Offer Nest Thermostat with Life-time Warranty

In keeping with the Bruno Air core value for continual improvement, Bruno is partnering with Nest Labs. Acquired by Google in 2014 and founded by Apple veterans Tony Fadell and Matt Rogers, Nest is the leader in the connected home industry and manufacturer of learning, sensor-driven, Wi-Fi-enabled products including the Nest Learning Thermostat, Nest Protect smoke + CO alarm and Nest Cam security camera.
Bruno, interested in the Nest Learning Thermostat and its stellar reputation, began offering the product in April. The thermostat usually carries a two-year Nest warranty; however, Bruno will be offering his clients a life-time warranty on the thermostats his company registers.
A Nest representative flew to Southwest Florida in April to discuss the partnership and hold product training for Bruno employees.
Bruno said he’s excited to have made the connection with Nest Labs and looks forward to more technology partnerships that may, in turn, help him and his company better serve their clients.
In independent studies, the Nest Thermostat saved an average of 10-12% on heating bills and 15% on cooling bills. The thermostat saves energy by automatically turning itself down when the homeowner is away; it remembers temperatures preferred and connects to Wi-Fi so it can be controlled remotely from Smartphones, laptops or tablets. Nest also offers Nest Cam and Nest Protect, a smart smoke/CO detector, so you’re aware about what happens in your home when you aren’t there. Nest also communicates with other smart products such as door locks, garage door openers, door bells, smart appliances and more
