Encore Bank Partners with Local Builder for Port Charlotte Branch Remodel
– Encore Bank, is pleased to announce that a remodel of its Port Charlotte branch, located at 2120 Kings Highway, is now underway, with completion expected by mid-October. Southwest Florida based Boyette & Miller Construction and Development has been contracted to renovate the building and replicate the modern lines and welcoming aesthetic of the community bank’s five other locations.
Boyette & Miller Vice President Robert A. Miller said, “Encore Bank is in a position to solidify a trend of business renovations as Charlotte County emerges from recovery of Hurricane Charley 10 years ago.” Miller, who is also the 2014 President of the Charlotte-DeSoto Building Industry Association, said that after the dust settled on Hurricane Charley’s renovations, the company’s priorities refocused to community based commercial projects such as medical offices, banks and landmarks.

The Port Charlotte branch of Encore Bank remains open to serve customers during the renovations.
