MONTH FOR JANUARY 2020
Naples, Fla. (December 18, 2019) – Gulf Coast International Properties ® is pleased to announce that Scott
Pearson has been named Agent of the Month for January 2020.
Hailing from Minnesota but residing in Naples for the past 10 years, the secret to Scott’s success lies in
the early relationships he forged with top local luxury agents and vendors in the area. Networking, creating
and maintaining these connections as well as a GRI designation and CRS credential (awarded to less than
4% of all licensed Realtors) has given him unparalleled expertise in the local luxury market.
