Junior Achievement of Southwest Florida Business Hall of Fame
Junior Achievement of Southwest Florida’s annual Business Hall of Fame event is coming soon, occurring virtually on Thursday, Feb. 25, beginning at 6:45 p.m. An even grander event, this will be the first time Junior Achievement of Southwest Florida hosts a combined event, honoring laureates from both Lee and Collier Counties simultaneously. It is also the first time it will be hosted entirely virtually.
The prestigious acknowledgment honors influential, visionary leaders from the business community that have made a significant impact, created new opportunities, and elevated the educational landscape for youth in their communities regarding financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and work-readiness. For Lee County, Sarah Owen, president and CEO of Southwest Florida Community Foundation, William T. Prather, owner and executive producer of Broadway Palm Dinner Theater, and for Collier County, James J. Guerra, MD, orthopaedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist at Collier Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center, and Senator Kathleen C. Passidomo will be inducted into the Business Hall of Fame.
