Olga Placeres, owner of Preferred Travel of Naples, elected to Signature Travel Network Board
Olga Placeres, Preferred Travel of Naples’ new agency owner and president, was recently re-elected as Secretary to the Signature Travel Network Board of Directors.
Placeres attended Signature Network’s three-day annual meeting in September along with Kristina Gear, Managing Director for Preferred Travel. This was the first year that Placeres attended as the sole owner of the travel agency which she recently acquired after 30 years of being the agency’s CFO and agency manager.
The Signature Travel Network hosted over 400 agency owners, preferred partners and travel industry leaders during their annual Owners’ Meeting which was held from September 11 to 14 in Austin Texas. The theme for the 2019 event was Elevate; this event was a celebration of how Signature members and preferred partners work together to elevate the travel experience for all travelers.
