Registration deadline approaching for the inaugural Par-Tee for Tots
September 10 is the golfer registration deadline for the inaugural Par-Tee for Tots charity golf tournament to benefit Child Care of Southwest Florida on Friday, September 16 at West Bay Club, 4500 W. Bay Blvd. in Estero. Check-in starts at 7:30 a.m., and a shotgun start at 9 a.m. kicks off this “fun-raiser,” presented by Brown & Brown Insurance, with 100 percent of the proceeds providing educational scholarships for low-income families.
Golfers of all skill levels will enjoy good food, a great course and opportunities to showcase their skills for an important community cause. Special awards and bragging rights will be presented for: Closest to the Pin (men and women), Longest Drive (men and women) Hole-In-One, Low-Net Team and Low-Gross Team. A lucky winner will also take home the pot in a 50/50 raffle.
Participants at the Par-Tee for Tots will enjoy 18 holes at West Bay Golf Club’s Pete and P.B. Dye-designed championship course, featuring stunning views and a pristine nature preserve setting. A grab-and-go breakfast and a buffet lunch will be served.
Title sponsor Brown & Brown Insurance has teamed up with Child Care of Southwest Florida to present the first-ever golf tournament to benefit that organization, whose mission is to enhance the lives of children and their families through quality early childhood education and related services to promote health and school readiness.
