Runway International Productions’ founder to do book signing on June 19

To celebrate the first two books published by Runway International Productions’ founder Meresa Ferguson, a book signing event will be held on Saturday, June 19 from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The public is invited to meet the author and help celebrate with the Naples Players at the Sugden Community Theatre located at 701 5th Ave. South in Naples.
Ferguson’s mission is to create stories that educate, entertain, and inspire people around the world. Her first books published are “Runway International Coloring Book” and “Runway Girls Coloring Book” – both are designed to offer a relaxing and inclusive experience while coloring.
According to the author, the internationally themed coloring books are another way to present the diversity of women and girls. The 60 pages of drawings in the “Runway International Coloring Book” include women with diverse backgrounds, styles and body shapes. Ferguson says the goal is to be inclusive for those with a passion for art, fashion, and coloring.
Besides being the author of the two new coloring books, Ferguson is the President/CEO of Runway International Productions which is a personal development platform committed to the well-being of individuals who have a passion for art, music, fashion, and the entertainment industry.
As an actress, 6’1” model and stylist, she has more than four decades of experiences and knowledge to share with upcoming professionals in the beauty, entertainment, and fashion industries. The entertainment mentor is originally from the Midwest but has made Florida her home for the past 26 years. She created her personal development company Runway International Productions in 2015 to help mentor and inspire others in the industry.
“I wanted to offer my experience to emerging creatives; I want to inspire them to stay focused even when they want to give up or get stuck creatively,” notes Ferguson. “I also think this is the right season for women and girls to be remined that their dreams are possible and that they are not just another face in the crowd.”
Runway International will be donating 15% of book sales from the event to PACE Center for Girls in Immokalee.
Besides the book signing event, the coloring books may be purchased at www.runwayinternationalproductions.com or by calling 855-786-9294.
