Second decorated model opens at Toscana Isles in North Venice
A second decorated model has opened for touring at Toscana Isles. Just a few months after D.R. Horton’s Southwest Florida division opened this Mediterranean-style gated community for sales, 28 new homes have already been sold. The nine spacious home plans in this conveniently located North Venice community include many designer features and start in the low-$300s.
While the first residents move in to enjoy their new homes, homebuyers have the opportunity to choose homesites featuring prime waterfront views.
