Biography
The Golisano Children’s Museum of Naples (CMON) is, quite literally, a dream come true for founder Allyson Loos. Allyson (Ally) always had a love for kids, from babysitting throughout her teen years to studying child psychology in college. She and her husband John were thrilled to become parents to their children Ben and Bianca. In 1999, Bianca, then 13 months old, died tragically from bacterial meningitis. The Loos family relocated from Connecticut to Naples, Florida, a longtime vacation spot for John’s family, and began setting up a fund to help others while commemorating their daughter. As the Looses were deciding how to focus the funds, Ally had a vivid dream where she was visited by Bianca, who showed her a bright, colorful place for children and families to play together. When Ally awoke, she knew Bianca would have wanted Naples to have a children’s museum. With the help of some newfound friends, Ally began fundraising for what would eventually become the Golisano Children’s Museum of Naples, founded in 2002 and opened for play in 2012. OUR MISSION To provide an exciting, inspiring environment where children and their families play, learn, and dream together. The Golisano Children’s Museum of Naples provides an exciting, inspiring environment where children and their families play, learn, and dream together. |

Biography
Senior Housing Referral As I observed the challenges faced by families seeking the “right” senior living community, it became clear that there was a significant opportunity to bridge a gap in the market. The process was often overwhelming, filled with confusion and uncertainty. Recognizing this, I founded Hawley-Holt Senior Living Advisors in 2017 with the vision of providing a seamless, informed, and compassionate service to seniors and their families during this crucial decision-making period. Over the past seven years, I have leveraged my extensive knowledge of senior communities in Collier and Lee counties to guide families in identifying living solutions that align with both the needs and lifestyles of their loved ones. My approach goes beyond simply making introductions—I ensure that I remain a resource, offering continued support to both the residents and their families long after they have settled into their new community. This ongoing relationship fosters trust, loyalty, and peace of mind, which are invaluable in a market where personalized service is paramount. |

BiographyHelp A Diabetic Child (HADC) strives to ease the burden emotionally and financially for children and young adults who struggle emotionally and financially with type 1 diabetes. For our Founders, the HADC purpose is a personal oneIn 2000, Tami & Joe Balavage retired and moved their family from Pennsylvania to Naples, Florida to raise and spend as much time as possible with their 2 children, 7-year-old Kristi and 5-year-old Michael. Michael was experiencing some of the typical symptoms associated with T1D, such as excessive thirst, fatigue, unexplained loss of weight, frequent urination, and stomach pain, and on December 22, 2010, at the age of 16, he was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. With such a delayed diagnosis, the diabetes had taken a toll on his body. He spent the next 3 days in the hospital being stabilized as Tami and Joe learned just how invasive and relentless this disease would be for the rest of their son’s life. Michael was able to return home on Christmas Eve, but everything was changing. New family patterns had to be established: measuring foods, counting carbs, constant finger sticks, constant insulin injections, sleepless nights, and worrisome days. But Michael embraced this challenge and, to this day, manages the best he can with the tools he has available. |

NotesYou’ve heard about Home Watch, but why in the world do people need it?Imagine…
An unoccupied home is a vulnerable home. Things can, will, and do happen. It’s not a matter of IF—it’s a matter of WHEN. Home Watch is a vital service for all seasonal residents. However, the market is currently served by “Neighbors Doing Favors”, well-meaning individuals, “Hobby Home Watchers” and some people who are just taking advantage of residents who are not here. There is a gap in the market for trained, background-checked, and fully credentialed Home Watch Professionals. This is the place for homeowners to learn about Home Watch services and how to hire a Home Watch provider. This is where entrepreneurs can learn about starting their own Home Watch business and the training that is available.
Home Watch is a Cool Career! The days of the Neighbors Doing Favors and the Hobby Home Watcher are things of the past. Seasonal homeowners have learned the value of hiring a professionally trained and credentialed Home Watch Professional. The Home Watch Academy® is the FIRST eLearning and Resource Program developed exclusively for the Home Watch industry. Founder, Diane Pisani, has been providing Home Watch services since 2004 and training others since 2008. To meet the needs of the growing market, she offers Home Watch Training Program and Graduate Resources; designed for professionals who are ready to start or grow their own home watch business. Graduates of the Home Watch Academy are among the most successful business owners in the industry. They take the business of watching over seasonal homes very seriously. It is their profession, not a hobby! Biography
Property Watch, recognized by Forbes Advisor as one of the Top 19 Best Businesses to Start in 2023, represents an outstanding journey. What started as Neighbors-Doing-Favors and Hobby Home Watchers is now becoming one of the most rapidly expanding business opportunities. Diane Pisani, an innovator in the Home Watch industry since 2006, stands at the forefront of advocacy, education, and certification. Her journey includes co-founding a Home Watch company in 2006, where she personally conducted visits for over 15 years. In 2008, she laid the foundation for the Home Watch Training Program and, for many years, provided classroom instruction at her Naples, Florida Training Center. This endeavor eventually transformed into the Home Watch Academy, setting new standards by pioneering eLearning programs tailored to the industry’s unique requirements. Prior to her immersion in the Home Watch industry, Diane spent several years in the corporate world, most notably at Indiana Bell/AT&T. However, her entrepreneurial spirit took flight in 1986 when she launched one of the nation’s first cruise-only travel agencies. Over a distinguished 17-year career, she consistently garnered recognition as a top producer. In 2003, a move to Southwest Florida marked her introduction to Home Watch. Diane’s unwavering commitment is to seasonal homeowners who often find themselves underserved or taken advantage of. Her eBook, “The Ultimate Home Watch Interview Guide,” and the FindHomeWatch.com – Certified Home Watch Reporter Directory empower homeowners with essential information, enabling them to make informed decisions. Home Watch attracts individuals with strong customer service skills and a servant’s heart, embodying the core values that underpin Diane’s legacy of innovation, advocacy, and excellence. As Home Watch continues to flourish and prosper, it is a testament to her enduring commitment to this vital industry and the homeowners it faithfully serves. Contact Info Diane Pisani 239-707-4296 |
