Sage Communities begins construction on Amenity Center for Seneca at Oak Creek
Construction has begun on the Amenity Center for Seneca at Oak Creek, a 55+ residential community being developed by Sage Communities.
The Amenity Center will feature a clubhouse with social space, a fully equipped 24-hour fitness center and adjacent active fitness room, an open multipurpose room, mailroom, leasing offices, a property manager office and work room. Outside, the Amenity Center will include a resort-style swimming pool with poolside seating, enclosed dog park and ample paved parking.
“We want to create a community where residents feel like they’re on vacation, so it’s important to include amenities and features that you would typically find at a five-star resort,” said Randy Thibaut, founder, owner and CEO of Sage Communities and founder of LSI Companies. “The Amenity Center will be a place residents visit on a daily basis to socialize with their friends, exercise and generally just enjoy living in paradise.”
Seneca at Oak Creek, located off Bayshore Road just west of I-75 in North Fort Myers, will feature 184 one-story rental homes. Each one- and two-bedroom unit will have a full kitchen, living room and private porches, along with an option for an attached garage.
There are five floor plans for Seneca at Oak Creek with introductory rental prices starting at $1,890 per month:
Silver (874 square feet): 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom
Sawgrass (1,043 square feet): 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, den
Palmetto (1,058 square feet): 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
Sabal Palm (1,418 square feet): 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, attached garage
Royal Palm (1,559 square feet): 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, den, attached garage
The first residences are scheduled to be completed in late 2022 or early 2023.
