Meet Our Panelists

Yesenia Pedraza (aka Jessie), owner of Ordered Excellence. Jessie is a retired Law Enforcement Sergeant from the Collier County Sheriff’s Office. She managed the Law Enforcement field training program and the yearly Law Enforcement promotional process. She earned her Master’s in Criminal Justice with a Minor in Behavioral Science from Hodges University. She retired and opened her own company, Ordered Excellence LLC. Her company focuses on the physical and administrative organization for individuals, solo entrepreneurs, and small businesses. Helping her clients bring chaos back to order by developing and maintaining systems that are tailored to their specific needs and goals.

Sue Ryan, Owner of Sue Ryan Solutions, as a speaker, coach, author, and educator, Sue Ryan teaches individuals who feel stuck or uncertain to navigate transitions successfully in all areas of their lives, so they get from where they are to where they KNOW, they want to be while feeling great about themselves. Sue also brings lessons, tips, and strategies from more than thirty experience in roles of caregiving support to help caregivers move from feeling frustrated and overwhelmed to feeling positive and balanced, so they and their care receivers have their most positive journey.

Jessica Macera, Ph. D.  Partner at Business Dynamix Solutions, LLC, has been solving problems for business owners for more than a decade. In 2007, faced with the real estate downturn, she and her business partner Chris Wohlbrandt formed Business Dynamix Solutions to provide the information, inspiration, and service businesses owners needed to survive that recession. Relying on their expertise and education in marketing, management, and accounting, they grew a business that others can rely on.
