The Above Board Chamber invites you to our monthly “Chef’s Celebrity Creations!” on Thursday, July 2nd in our own home from 2:00 to 3:30
Join three of Southwest Florida’s top Celebrity Chefs in your own kitchen for three 20-minutes culinary cooking sessions from 2:00 to 3:30. Each person who registers will be given the menu, so they can purchase their items in advance, of the class. If you miss the class not to worry as everyone who registers will be sent a copy of the program which is only $15 for three top Culinary creations you can cook in your own home!

Our Chefs:
Chef Tim Yoa – Artisan Eatery – Graduated from the International Culinary School at the Art Institute of Philadelphia. He also trained in the city’s top restaurants. After 25 years in Philadelphia, Chef Yoa and his wife moved to Fort Myers, Florida, to start a Family, there Yoa worked his way up the ranks at Waldorf Astoria Naples (now Naples Grande Beach Resort). In 2015 Yoa was named executive chef of The Catch Of The Pelican on the resort’s property. In 2017 Chef Tim Yoa and his wife opened Artisan an Eatery, an award-winning restaurant in Fort Myers.
Chef Don Splain – The Founders Market + Bistro – Chef Don Splain has nearly twenty years of professional experience exploring his passions for food, nutrition, farm to table relationships, and the importance of food as an expression of culture. His passion for food began in boyhood. He followed that passion by studying Nutrition Dietetics at West Virginia Wesleyan College and went on to study Culinary Arts at The Culinary Institute of America. He studied food anthropology by working in Spain to learn how European cuisine and culture evolved with the introduction of New World foods, and he learned the inside outs of farming by working as a market sheep farmer in Vermont. As a chef, he has worked for restaurants, banquet kitchens, a castle, private homes, and currently for Seed to Table at Food and Thought. He has cooked for Kings, politicians, dignitaries, movie stars, and C Suite executives. He thrives on sharing the highest quality cuisine with every person he prepared. He creates a culture of excellence where respect for ingredients, respect for the cooking process, and respect for the customer are demanded. It has consistently proven to be a recipe that is both artistically fulfilling and profitable.
Chef Lisa Brown, the founder of Free-Flowing Health, is a Natural Gourmet InstitutePlant-based Chef, registered yoga Teacher, an Institute for Integrative Nutrition Certified Health Coach, and holds an advanced degree in Psychology. Her culinary creations are elegant and innovative with bold flavors, appealing to both vegans and non-vegans alike. Lisa combines her work as a Chef, Teacher, and Coach to help people achieve higher levels of health, happiness, and harmony.
The cost of this Zoom program will be just $15 for members and non-members. We are doing our meetings on Zoom for the next few months. Our focus will be on subjects that will help you during these trying times. Once we know it is safe for us all to meet in public, we will go back to our regular meeting places. We may all need to be apart from each other at this time, but helping each other will be the focus of our chamber. Apart we can learn to be better, so when we are back together, we will be stronger!
